NAAMM 2023 Annual Fall Meeting
September 13-14, 2023
Join us for NAAMM''s 2023 Annual Fall Meeting September 13-14 at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites in Chicago, IL. Thanks to the generosity of the HMMA Division, NAAMM will host a 2-hour Architectural Boat Tour on the Chicago River and Lake Michigan in lieu of a closing reception on Thursday night. Open bar and hors d'oeuvres will be provided! See tour details below.
Note to HMMA Division Members!
HMMA is providing complimentary meeting registrations and room nights to HMMA Division members as outlined below.
- Up to six complimentary registrations per HMMA Division member company. Includes both member and spouse/companion attendees. HMMA member companies with more than six registrations will be invoiced for those registrations.
- Reimbursement following the meeting for up to four hotel nights, at $215 per night (taxes and incidentals not included), per HMMA Division member company.
The Hotel
The Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites is offering its One Bedroom Suites for Single/Double occupancy at $215/night* plus taxes and fees.
*All guest rooms are subject to applicable taxes, currently at 17.4%, in effect at the time of check-out. A deposit of one night's room and tax or credit card information authorizing the deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. and check-out time is 12:00 pm.

HMMA Division Members should proceed with securing hotel reservations. NAAMM will process a reimbursement for up to four hotel nights to each attending HMMA member company following completion of the Fall meeting.
The cut-off date for reservations is Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm CT. Reservations made after this date and time may no longer be available at the group rate.
Valet parking is available for $79/night.
Self-parking is available for $55/night at the John Hancock Building Garage located across the street from the hotel at 875 N. Michigan Ave. Click here for more information and to reserve a parking spot in advance.
The Schedule
The 2023 Fall Meeting schedule includes the regular division meetings of AMP, EMMA, HMMA and MBG. Attendees review and act on a number of important Association and industry issues at these meetings.
In addition to regularly scheduled Fall Meeting events, attendees will also have ample opportunity for informal networking at the planned group events throughout the weekend. New to this year's schedule is an architectural boat tour in place of the closing reception.

Architectural Boat Tour
Thanks to the generosity of the HMMA Division, NAAMM is pleased to host a 2-hour Architectural Boat Tour on Thursday, September 14th! Open bar and hors d'oeuvres included on board!
Chartered Vessel: Chicago's First Lady
Boarding Begins: 5:15 pm
Boat Departure: 5:30 pm
Tour: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Guests Debark: 7:30 pm
Location: Riverside Dock - 112 E. Wacker Drive, Chicago
Parking: Closest parking garage is the LAZ Parking Service Garage located at 111 E. Wacker Drive, located directly across the street from the stairway to the dock and next door to the Chicago Architecture Center. The entrance is the first driveway east of Michigan Avenue, on the south side of Upper East Wacker Drive. Reservations can be made online.
If you don't prepay for a parking space online, bring your parking ticket to the Chicago First Lady Cruises ticket office for a parking validation sticker. You can also get a parking validation sticker from the boat's bartender if the ticket office is closed. The discounted rate with validation is $14 (for 3 hours or less) or $15 (for 4 hours or less). No discounts offered for 4+ hours.

Lab Meeting Hours
On Thursday, September 14th from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm UL and Intertek will have representatives available to meet with individual companies to address any questions attendees may have for their labs.
