NAAMM 2024 Spring Meeting - Registration Opening Soon!

April 23-25, 2024

Join us for NAAMM's 2024 Spring Meeting April 23-25 at The Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, FL  Thanks to the generosity of the HMMA Division, NAAMM will host a 2-hour Beach Party on Wednesday afternoon!  Open bar and snacks will be provided!  See beach party details below.

Note to HMMA Division Members!

HMMA is again providing complimentary meeting registrations and room nights to HMMA Division members as outlined below.

  • Up to six complimentary registrations per HMMA Division member company.  Includes both member and spouse/companion attendees.  HMMA member companies with more than six registrations will be invoiced for those registrations.
  • Reimbursement following the meeting for up to four hotel nights, at $379 per night (taxes and incidentals not included), per HMMA Division member company. 

The Hotel

The Don CeSar is offering its Luxury Guest Rooms for Single/Double occupancy at $379*/night plus taxes and fees.

*All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (current occupancy tax is 13.0%) or applicable services, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Reserve Your Room Online or Call 800.282.1116 and reference Group Code NAM424 to obtain the discounted rate. NAAMM's discounted rate is available from Sunday, April 21 - Saturday, April 27. Please note: Hotel has a 5-day cancellation policy.

HMMA Division Members should proceed with securing hotel reservations.  NAAMM will process a reimbursement for up to four hotel nights to each attending HMMA member company following completion of the Spring meeting.

The cut-off date for reservations is Monday, March 25, 2024. Reservations made after this date will be made on a space and rate available basis.

Self-parking is available at $24 per day.
Valet parking is available at $31 per day.


The Schedule

The 2024 Spring Meeting schedule includes the regular Division meetings of AMP, EMMA, HMMA and MBG.  Attendees review and act on a number of important Association and industry issues at these meetings.

In addition to regularly scheduled Spring Meeting events, attendees will also have ample opportunity for informal networking at the planned group events throughout the weekend.  New to this year's schedule is a Beach Party on Wednesday afternoon.

NAAMM Beach Party

Thanks to the generosity of the HMMA Division, NAAMM is pleased to host a 2-hour Beach Party from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24.  Volley ball, corn hole and horseshoes will be part of the fun!  Open bar and snacks will be available!

NAAMM Golf Scramble

This year's golf scramble will be held at the Bardmoor Golf and Tennis club on Thursday, April 25th with a shotgun start at 12:30 pm

Golf fees:  $140 per player

Club rentals are available for $65/set plus tax.  Please contact the pro shop at 727-392-1234 to reserve a set of rental clubs.
