NAAMM 2026 Spring Meeting

April 19-21, 2026

Join us for NAAMM's 2026 Spring Meeting April 19-21 at the OMNI Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, FL!

The Hotel

The Omni Amelia Island Resort is offering its Oceanfront Guestrooms for Single/Double occupancy at $399/ night* plus taxes and fees.

*All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (current occupancy tax is 12.0%) and applicable services, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting. 
 
NAAMM's resort fee has been discounted from $40.00 to $20.00/night.  The resort fee includes:

  • Local & toll-free phone access
  • Resort beach access

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. and check-out time is 11:00 am.

The cut-off date for reservations is Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Reservations made after this date will be made on a space and rate available basis.

The Schedule

The 2026 Spring Meeting schedule includes the regular Division meetings of AMP, EMMA, HMMA and MBG.  Attendees review and act on a number of important Association and industry issues at these meetings.

In addition to regularly scheduled Spring Meeting events, attendees will also have ample opportunity for informal networking at the planned group events throughout the meeting.

NAAMM Golf Scramble

Omni Amelia Island Oak Marsh Course

The Spring golf scamble will be held at the Omni Amelia Island Resort's Oak Marsh Course on Tuesday, April 21st with a tee times starting at 12:30 p.m.

The Oak Marsh Golf Course is a classic Pete Dye-designed golf course noted for its tight fairways and small greens, meandering along serpentine salt marsh creeks and through moss draped heritage oaks.

Note that lunch will not be provided.

Golf fees: $375/per player

Club rentals are available for $80/set plus tax.  Please contact the pro shop at  904-432-1444 to reserve a set of rental clubs.


Non-Golf Activity

Miss Kaylynn

For non-golfers, HMMA will host a private Amelia Island River Cruise open to all NAAMM meeting attendees on Tuesday afternoon.

REFUND POLICY: Full meeting registration refunds are available only if NAAMM is notified of a cancellation in writing before Friday, April 3, 2026. After that, full meeting registration refunds will be made only if NAAMM has not guaranteed services, such as meals and recreational activities, on your behalf.
